TEJASVI SURYA'S CHEAP TACTIC TO TARNISH THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY

THE SCAM

BJP's very own product of nepotism, Tejasvi Surya on the 4th of May visited the BBMP south zone covid war room during working hours and accused 17 of its workers of being part of a bed scam and also held that as the reason for why Bengaluru was in covid crisis. What was more appalling was the fact that BBMP comes under the Bengaluru government which is currently led by the BJP which simply means the scam Suryan held responsible for numerous deaths and crisis was not just the BBMP'S scam but also BJP's and the government is equally questionable and accountable for it. However Surya did not address this particular part of the scam and decided to remain tight lipped about the same for obvious reasons.

ISLAMPHOBIA

He further interrogated the special officer, Thulasi Maddineni regarding the employment of workers working for the zone, everything was going fine until his true intention behind the whole act became obvious when he while questioning Mrs.Maddineni called out the names of only the muslim workers (17) of the zone out of all 250 employees, who infact had nothing to do with the incident. Tejasvi was accompanied by his uncle, MLA Ravi Subramanya wh0 further went on and made islamophobic remarks such as "Are you hiring people for a corporation or a madrasa. More over the actual scammers Nethravathy and her nephew Rohith Kumar (currently in police custody) were nowhere mentioned in the said interview. Sadly the 17 muslim workers were sacked from their job by BBMP the following day.

The BACKFIRE

Surya was criticised widely over social media for his derogatory remarks, BBMP further told a media portal that Surya apologised for his actions but his office denied the claim and neither were the 17 workers re appointed. The whole incident looked very well thought and planned by the BJP MP to simply malign the muslim community once again.
